The invention provides a positioning device for barrel hoisting, and relates to the technical field of barrel hoisting. The positioning device for barrel hoisting comprises a bottom supporting assembly, a guide rail and a guide assembly. The bottom supporting assembly is used for being fixed to the peripheral side of a top opening of a container. The guide rail is erected on the bottom supporting assembly. The guide assembly is installed on the peripheral wall of the to-be-hoisted barrel and used for abutting against one side of the guide rail when the projection of the barrel on the plane where the top of the container is located is located in the opening. According to the positioning device for barrel hoisting, the guide rail is fixed to the peripheral side of the top opening of the container through the bottom supporting assembly, then the barrel is aligned to the top opening of the container through the abutting relation between the guide assembly and the guide rail, and therefore positioning of the barrel is achieved; and the barrel can be supported and guided through sliding of the guide assembly on one side of the guide rail, so that the barrel is accurately guided into the container, collision between the barrel and the container is effectively prevented, and the barrel assembling quality is effectively guaranteed.
本发明提供一种筒体吊装用定位装置,涉及筒体吊装技术领域。该筒体吊装用定位装置包括底部支撑组件、导轨和导向组件;底部支撑组件用于固定在容器的顶部开口的周侧,导轨竖立于底部支撑组件上;导向组件安装在待吊装筒体的外周壁上,导向组件用于在筒体在容器顶部所在平面的投影位于开口内时抵接于导轨的一侧。该筒体吊装用定位装置通过底部支撑组件将导轨固定于容器顶部开口的周侧,再利用导向组件与导轨的抵接关系使筒体对准容器的顶部开口,从而实现筒体的定位,在筒体吊装过程中,还可以利用导向组件在导轨一侧的滑动对筒体进行支撑和导向,从而将筒体准确引入容器内,有效防止筒体与容器磕碰,进而有效保证筒体装配质量。
