The invention provides a positioning device for hoisting equipment, the positioning device is used for positioning the hoisting equipment in the process that the hoisting equipment hoists a component to a preset position, the positioning device comprises an image acquisition unit, an image processing unit and a position adjusting unit, the image acquisition unit is used for acquiring a target image of the preset position, and the image processing unit is used for processing the target image; the target image is transmitted to the image processing unit; the image processing unit calculates the position information of the hoisting equipment and the preset position according to the information of the target image, and transmits the position information to the position adjusting unit; the position adjusting unit adjusts the position of the hoisting equipment according to the position information. The positioning and guiding requirements of accurate hoisting in the underwater hoisting process of the equipment for the nuclear power plant are met through machine vision, accurate guiding is provided for the hoisting equipment on the basis that the original hoisting equipment structure is not changed, the possibility that the whole failure is increased due to the fact that the mechanical structure is too complex is avoided, and the hoisting efficiency is improved. And an operator can be helped to complete the posture adjustment of the reactor internals, and the convenience and reliability of operation are improved.

    本发明提供一种用于吊装设备的定位装置,其在吊装设备将构件吊装至预定位置的过程中对吊装设备进行定位,包括图像获取单元、图像处理单元和位置调整单元,图像获取单元获取预定位置的目标图像,并将目标图像传送给图像处理单元;图像处理单元根据目标图像的信息计算吊装设备与预定位置的位置信息,并将位置信息传送给位置调整单元;位置调整单元根据位置信息调整吊装设备的位置。本发明利用机器视觉提供核电厂用设备水下吊装过程中精确吊装的定位和导向需求,其在不改变原有吊装设备结构的基础上,为吊装设备提供精确导向,避免了机械结构过于复杂而增加整个失效的可能,有益于协助操作人员完成堆内构件姿态调整,提高操作的便利性和可靠性。
