In the descending process of the hollow column body, the hollow column body is limited by a plurality of external push plates, so that the hollow column body is not prone to shaking in the descending process, the position adjusted in the early stage cannot be changed, finally, hoisting placement can be stably and accurately carried out, the hoisting efficiency is improved, and meanwhile, the step of adjusting the position after hoisting is omitted.
本发明涉及施工吊装领域,具体的公开了一种用于地铁施工的中空柱体吊装装置及吊装方法,包括稳定座体,所述稳定座体由两个半圆形的底座板拼接形成,稳定座体的顶部中端向下贯穿设置有穿孔,稳定座体的底端在穿孔底部设置有用于中空主体放置的承载机构。通过采用稳定座体配合吊装,使得中空柱体吊装时,中空柱体进入到稳定座体内部后,方便上方的吊装器械可以初步调节中空柱体的位置,便于后续中空柱体的位置确定。中空柱体下降过程中,外部的多个推板对其进行限位,使得下降过程中中空柱体不易发生晃动,前期调节好的位置不会再发生变化,最终能稳定精确的进行吊装放置,提高了吊装的效率,同时省去了吊装后再调整位置步骤。
