According to the safety object hoisting device, the section of the position, away from the bottom of the inner arc of the hook, of the top of each limiting block is in the circular-arc transitional shape, the section of the position, close to the bottom of the inner arc of the hook, of the top of each limiting block is in the tooth shape, the limitingblocks on the two sides are symmetrically arranged, and a hanging rope is located at the bottommost position of the inner arc of the hook during hoisting conveying, so that the tooth-shaped parts ofthe limiting blocks constrain the hanging rope from the two sides, and then shaking of the hanging rope on the hook is effectively prevented.

    本发明属于吊物装置技术领域,尤其是一种地铁施工用安全吊物装置,针对现有吊运装置安全性低的问题,现提出以下方案,包括第二套环,所述第二套环底部焊接有挂钩,挂钩内部开设有多个凹槽,凹槽内部焊接有第二弹簧,第二弹簧顶部焊接有限位块,限位块顶部远离挂钩内弧底部位置截面设置成圆弧过渡的形状,限位块顶部靠近挂钩内弧底部位置截面设置成齿形。本发明中,限位块顶部远离挂钩内弧底部位置截面设置成圆弧过渡的形状,限位块顶部靠近挂钩内弧底部位置截面设置成齿形,且两侧的限位块对称设置,吊运时挂绳处于挂钩内弧最底部位置,使得限位块上的齿形部分从两侧对挂绳产生束缚,从而有效防止挂绳在挂钩上晃动。
