The embodiment of the invention discloses an available fuel quantity digital calibration device for an aircraft fuel tank and a use method of the available fuel quantity digital calibration device. In the calibration device, the calibration device is integrally moved through a test vehicle body, and in a fuel calibration module arranged on the test vehicle body, two sets of pipeline collection assemblies 4 are both of disc body structures; an inlet oil drainage hose 3 is wound on the first pipeline collecting assembly 4a, and an outlet oil drainage hose 6 is wound on the second pipeline collecting assembly 4b in the opposite direction; one end of an inlet oil drainage hose 3 on the first pipeline collection assembly 4a is sequentially connected with an oil mass meter 13, a stop valve 8 and a second pipeline collection assembly 4b through oil pipes, the oil mass meter 13, the stop valve 8 and part of an oil drainage pipe are supported through a supporting bracket on a test vehicle body, and a fuel oil calibration pipeline arranged to be of a U-shaped structure is formed; the first pipeline collecting assembly 4a and the second pipeline collecting assembly 4b are arranged on the test platform 1 of the test vehicle body in a staggered manner; the power supply connecting module 5 is electrically connected with the oil mass meter 13; and the fuel calibration pipeline of the fuel calibration module is used for continuously and uninterruptedly metering the quantity of available fuel in the fuel tank of the aircraft.

    本发明实施例公开了一种用于飞机燃油箱的可用燃油量数字化标定装置及其使用方法,标定装置中,通过试验车体整体移动标定装置,试验车体设置的燃油标定模组中,2套管路收集组件4均为盘体结构,第一管路收集组件4a上缠绕进口放油软管3,第二管路收集组件4b上以相反方向缠绕出口放油软管6;第一管路收集组件4a上进口放油软管3的一端通过油管依次连接油量计量器13、切断阀8和第二管路收集组件4b,其中,油量计量器13、切断阀8和部分放油管通过试验车体上的支撑支架进行支撑,形成布置为“U”字型结构的燃油标定管路,且第一管路收集组件4a和第二管路收集组件4b错位布置在试验车体的试验平台1上;所述电源连接模块5与油量计量器13电连接;通过燃油标定模组的燃油标定管路对飞机燃油箱内的可用燃油量进行持续不间断计量。
