The invention discloses an aircraft fuel tank fuel quantity monitoring device based on machine vision and a calibration and monitoring method. The monitoring device comprises one or more image sensors, an image sensor installation clamp and a calibration device. The image sensor is fixedly connected to the oil tank or the calibration device through the installation clamp, and the calibration device is used for completing calibration of imaging parameters and related transformation matrixes of the image sensor. Performing image processing on the internal image of the fuel tank acquired by each image sensor to obtain characteristics of a liquid level line where the fuel oil surface intersects with the tank body and accessories thereof; obtaining a three-dimensional point column of a liquid level line observed by each image sensor under a fuel tank coordinate system according to a calibration result and information such as fuel tank mathematical model, and fitting a fuel oil surface by using the three-dimensional point columns of the liquid level lines obtained by all the image sensors; and according to the fuel oil surface fitting result and the fuel tank three-dimensional digital-analog calculation, the remaining oil quantity under the fuel oil surface is obtained. The device has the advantages of being convenient in calibration process, flexible in structure layout and high in oil mass monitoring precision.

    本发明公开一种基于机器视觉的飞机油箱油量监测装置及标定和监测方法。监测装置含一个或者多个图像传感器、图像传感器安装夹具和标定装置。图像传感器通过安装夹具固连于油箱或标定装置上,标定装置用于完成图像传感器成像参数和相关变换矩阵的标定。对每个图像传感器采集到的油箱内部图像进行图像处理,得到燃油表面与箱体及其附件相交的液面线特征;根据标定结果与油箱数模等信息,得到每个图像传感器观察到的液面线在油箱坐标系下的三维点列,用所有图像传感器得到的液面线三维点列拟合出燃油表面;根据燃油表面拟合结果和油箱三维数模计算得到燃油表面下的剩余油量。本发明具有标定过程便捷、结构布设灵活,油量监测精度高的优点。
