The invention relates to the technical field of fuel cells, and provides a device for recovering moisture in tail gas of a fuel cell vehicle and a control method thereof.The device for recovering the moisture in the tail gas of the fuel cell vehicle comprises a water-gas separation mechanism, a water drainage pipeline, a first control valve and a water pump, and an inlet of the water-gas separation mechanism is connected with a tail discharge pipe of the fuel cell vehicle; the water-gas separation mechanism is used for separating water and gas in the tail gas and is provided with a gas outlet and a water outlet; the drainage pipeline is connected with the drainage port and provided with a first drainage end and a second drainage end, the first drainage end extends to a brake hub of the fuel cell vehicle, and the second drainage end drains water to the ground; the first control valve is arranged on the water drainage pipeline and can control water in the water-gas separation mechanism to be drained through any one of the first water drainage end and the second water drainage end. Thus, water in the tail gas of the fuel cell vehicle is separated out and used for cooling the brake hub, recycling of the water in the tail gas is achieved, waste is reduced, and the influence on the road condition of the vehicle is reduced.
本发明涉及燃料电池技术领域,提供一种燃料电池车辆尾气中水分的回收装置及其控制方法,燃料电池车辆尾气中水分的回收装置包括水气分离机构、排水管路、第一控制阀和水泵,水气分离机构的进口与燃料电池车辆的尾排管连接,使尾气中的水与气体分离,水气分离机构有排气口和排水口;排水管路连接排水口,排水管路具有第一排水端和第二排水端,第一排水端延伸至燃料电池车辆的制动轮毂,第二排水端向地面排水;第一控制阀设于排水管路,能控制水气分离机构中的水通过第一排水端和第二排水端中的任意一者排出。如此,将燃料电池车辆尾气中的水分离出并用于制动轮毂的冷却降温,实现对尾气中的水的回收再利用,减少浪费,减少对车辆路况的影响。
