The invention provides a hydrogen fuel cell system tail gas recovery device and a drainage method thereof. The drainage method comprises the following steps: step 1, acquiring an air compressor rotating speed and an air compressor current in a current period; 2, according to the rotating speed of the air compressor and the current of the air compressor, looking up a table to obtain the vortex end passing flow in the current period and the drainage rate in the current period, and calculating the water accumulation amount when a valve is closed in the last period; 3, according to the vortex end passing flow in the current period, the drainage rate in the current period and the water accumulation amount when the valve is closed in the previous period, the drainage valve opening time in the current period is calculated; 4, judging whether the opening time of the drainage valve in the current period meets a constraint condition or not; 5, if the drainage valve opening time of the current period meets the constraint condition, the drainage valve is controlled according to the calculated drainage valve opening time of the current period; and 6, if the opening time of the drainage valve in the current period does not meet the constraint condition, continuously opening the drainage valve in the current period.

    本发明提供了一种氢燃料电池系统尾气回收装置及其排水方法,步骤一,获取当前周期内的空压机转速和空压机电流;步骤二,根据空压机转速和空压机电流查表得到当前周期内的涡端通过流量和当前周期内的排水速率,并计算上一周期阀门关闭时的积水量;步骤三,根据当前周期内的涡端通过流量、当前周期内的排水速率和上一周期阀门关闭时的积水量,计算当前周期的排水阀门开启时间;步骤四,判断当前周期的排水阀门开启时间是否满足约束条件;步骤五,若当前周期的排水阀门开启时间满足约束条件,则按照计算得到的当前周期的排水阀门开启时间对排水阀门进行控制;步骤六,若当前周期的排水阀门开启时间不满足约束条件,则在当前周期内持续开启排水阀门。
