An automobile hydrogen fuel cell tail gas emission device comprises a gas-liquid separator connected with an engine exhaust port and an exhaust pipe connected with the gas-liquid separator, and the exhaust pipe penetrates through an automobile body to the top of the automobile body and emits tail gas to an automobile roof. Tail gas obtained after gas-liquid separation is exhausted out of the automobile body through the exhaust pipe penetrating through the automobile body, protection is conducted through a protection structure arranged at the exhaust port, the exhaust efficiency of hydrogen isimproved while the pressure difference is changed, and meanwhile external substances are prevented from entering the exhaust pipe. The additionally-arranged heating layer protects the pipe section from being condensed and burst by water vapor, water vapor accumulation is prevented through the front pipe section provided with the hydrophobic layer and the slope direction drainage pipe section, andthe tail gas exhaust efficiency and safety of the whole device are improved.
