The invention relates to the technical field of preparation of composite material pressure-resistant cabins, in particular to a forming method of a lightweight composite material underwater pressure-resistant cabin, which comprises the following steps: S1, manufacturing a pressure-resistant cabin forming mold; s2, carbon fiber materials are laid on the pressure-resistant cabin forming mold, two symmetrical pressure-resistant cabin shells are sequentially manufactured, and the pressure-resistant cabin shells are integrally formed by the carbon fiber materials; s3, the two sections of pressure-resistant cabin shell bodies obtained after layer laying are placed in an autoclave for hot press forming; s4, the two pressure-resistant cabin shells formed through the autoclave are oppositely bonded; and S5, after the glue joint is completed, spraying a water seal anti-corrosion coating. The invention further relates to a lightweight composite material underwater pressure-resistant cabin structure which comprises a pressure-resistant cabin upper shell and a pressure-resistant cabin lower shell which are symmetrically arranged, and the pressure-resistant cabin upper shell and the pressure-resistant cabin lower shell are glued at the flange edges to form the pressure-resistant cabin. By adopting the mode of combining the layering process and the hot press molding process, the manufacturing method is wide in application range, convenient to install and overhaul and suitable for manufacturing the special-shaped pressure-resistant cabin.

    本发明涉及复合材料耐压舱制备技术领域,具体涉及一种轻量级复合材料水下耐压舱的成型方法,包括步骤:S1制作耐压舱成型模具;S2在耐压舱成型模具上采用碳纤维材料铺层,依次制作两瓣相互对称的耐压舱壳体,耐压舱壳体由碳纤维材料一体成型而成;S3分别将铺层完成的两瓣耐压舱壳体置于热压罐内进行热压成型;S4将经过热压罐成型后的两瓣耐压舱壳体相对粘接;S5胶接完成后,喷涂水密封防腐涂层。本发明还涉及一种轻量级复合材料水下耐压舱结构,包括对称设置的耐压舱上壳体和耐压舱下壳体,耐压舱上壳体和耐压舱下壳体在法兰边处胶粘形成耐压舱。本发明采用铺层和热压成型工艺相结合的方式,适用范围广,便于安装检修,可适用于异形耐压舱的制作。
