And after the composite cable and the sealed cabin end cover form a unified whole, the device mounting plate and the tail end support frame are mounted and are mounted in the sealed cabin shell, and the sealed cabin is mounted through the combination of the sealed cabin bolts and nuts. The cabling mode that the composite cable directly penetrates into the sealed cabin is adopted, and the problem that the signal transmission capacity is reduced due to the cabling mode that the cable is disconnected and switched is solved; through cooperative use of the embedded part and the vulcanized rubber, the cabin penetrating structure has good pressure bearing performance and water tightness, and normal work under the underwater hundred-meter condition can be achieved.

    本发明公开了一种用于水下密封舱的复合缆穿舱结构及方法。内嵌件通过螺纹副与密封舱端盖连接,通过锁定螺母实现位置锁定,使用密封圈实现轴向密封。复合缆分束后穿过内嵌件筛孔进入密封舱内部,筛孔两侧通过硫化胶实现固化水密,以较少的结构形式实现可靠的密封效果。复合缆与密封舱端盖形成统一整体后,安装器件安装板和尾端支撑架,装入密封舱壳体并通过密封舱螺栓螺母组合完成密封舱安装。本发明采用复合缆直接穿舱进入密封舱的走线方式,避免线缆断开转接的走线方式导致信号传输能力下降的问题;通过内嵌件和硫化胶的配合使用,使穿舱结构具有良好的承压性和水密性,能实现水下百米条件下的正常工作。
