The invention discloses a road parking inspection system and method based on an unmanned aerial vehicle, and relates to the field of intelligent parking. The system comprises an autonomous navigation module which carries out autonomous navigation according to a preset inspection route; the image acquisition module is used for acquiring a parking space image through a camera; the image recognition module processes and analyzes the image data according to an image recognition algorithm; the mobile communication module transmits an identification result to the intelligent parking management platform through a mobile communication technology; and the intelligent parking management platform judges the vehicle violation condition according to the recognition result. The road parking inspection system provided by the invention is high in detection precision and flexible in detection area, realizes unmanned management of roadside parking spaces, can guarantee the timeliness of road inspection, and improves the efficiency of road inspection.
本发明公开一种基于无人飞行器的道路停车巡检系统及方法,涉及智慧停车领域。其中的系统包括:自主导航模块,根据预设巡检路线进行自主导航;图像采集模块,通过摄像头采集泊位图像;图像识别模块,根据图像识别算法处理分析图像数据;移动通讯模块,通过移动通讯技术传输识别结果至智慧停车管理平台;智慧停车管理平台,根据识别结果判断车辆违规情况。本发明提供的道路停车巡检系统检测精度高、检测区域灵活,实现了对路侧停车位的无人化管理,能保障道路巡检的及时性,提高道路巡检的效率。
