The pyrotechnic device is installed in the installation cylinder, a pyrotechnic device pull rod is connected with one end of the tension sensor, the other end of the tension sensor is connected with the rudder wing connecting rod through the guide cylinder, the rudder wing is installed on the guide cylinder, and the tension sensor is used for measuring tension generated by the pyrotechnic device in the rotation process of the folding rudder wing.
