The invention discloses an unlocking device for a multi-group chordwise locking mechanism of a folding rudder wing, which eliminates the unlocking requirement that an operation window needs to be arranged near a rudder surface locking mechanism of the traditional chordwise locking mechanism of the folding rudder wing, and improves the structural heat-proof reliability of the folding rudder wing. The unlocking device is mainly composed of a connecting rod and an operating handle, a process via hole with the diameter being 2-4 mm larger than that of the connecting rod of the unlocking device is formed in the fixed control surface, the connecting rod of the unlocking device retreats the front locking pin through the process via hole of the control surface, the front locking pin is pressed into the locking hole of the movable control surface, the movable control surface is rotated by a certain angle, and the front locking pin is locked. When the front locking pin abuts against the matching face of the fixed control face, the unlocking device can be taken out, the movable control face is further folded back, and control face unlocking is achieved. The unlocking device is ingenious in design and easy to operate, control surface unlocking can be independently completed by a single person, an operation window does not need to be formed in the control surface, the structural heat protection reliability of the folding rudder wing is improved, and the unlocking device is suitable for being used for the hypersonic folding rudder wing locked in the chordwise direction.

    本发明公开了一种用于折叠舵翼多组弦向锁紧机构的解锁装置,该装置取消了传统折叠舵翼弦向锁紧机构需在舵面锁紧机构附近设置操作窗口的解锁需求,提高了折叠舵翼的结构防热可靠性。解锁装置主要由连杆和操作手柄组成,通过在定舵面内部设置直径比解锁装置连杆直径大2mm~4mm的工艺过孔,采用解锁装置连杆通过舵面工艺过孔回退前锁紧销,使前锁紧销压入动舵面的锁紧孔中,转动动舵面一定角度,当前锁紧销被定舵面的配合面抵住时即可取出解锁装置,并进一步回折动舵面,实现舵面解锁。本发明解锁装置设计巧妙,操作简单,可由单人独立完成舵面解锁,且无需舵面上开操作窗口,提高了折叠舵翼的结构防热可靠性,适合弦向锁紧的高超声速折叠舵翼使用。
