The two pressing covers are installed on the front face of the pressing base, the rubber pad vertically clamps lugs of the two initiating explosive devices and then is installed in the pressing covers, and the long screw penetrates through the pressing covers, the rubber pad and the lugs of the initiating explosive devices and then fixes the initiating explosive devices on the pressing base. The two rubber rings are tightly attached to the side face of the pressing base after sleeving the initiating explosive device. The seat sleeve is inversely arranged on the lower end face of the pressing base, and a metal buffer pad and an aluminum honeycomb core are embedded in a cavity of the seat sleeve. According to the initiating explosive impact damping device for the satellite solar wing, the impact load of an initiating explosive device in a solar wing pressing and releasing mechanism can be effectively reduced on the basis that the appearance and layout of the solar wing and the pressing and releasing mechanism of the solar wing are not changed, and it is ensured that an electric single machine, close to the solar wing initiating explosive device, in a satellite is not subjected to impact damage.
