In addition, the movement distance of the lifted object can be accurately calculated, and the lifted object can be accurately placed at a designated position.

    本发明公开了一种吊运防摇晃及定位的方法,主要涉及物料吊装技术领域;包括步骤:S1、将吊运物品的绳索通过卷筒或者定滑轮升降,吊运物品起升到一定高度;S2、初始状态为吊运物品垂直向下;S3、移动车从静止开始向前加速运动;本发明能够在行车和卸船机停下来时,使下面的重物刚好保持平稳状态,这样可以精确控制重物停放位置,避免因晃动而产生定位偏差的问题,也避免因晃动带来的物体损坏等情况。另外,还可以精确计算出吊运物品运动的距离,可以把吊运物品精确放置到指定位置。
