The invention relates to a pull block type lifting anti-sway stabilizing device which comprises a pull block assembly, an inclination angle measuring assembly, a lifting hook, an anti-sway wing lifting assembly and a flexible cable, the pull block assembly is arranged at the front end of a lifting arm in the anti-sway wing lifting assembly, the inclination angle measuring assembly is arranged below the pull block assembly, one end of a pull block cable in the flexible cable is connected with a winch, and the other end of the pull block cable in the flexible cable is connected with the lifting hook. The other end of the pull block cable bypasses the pull block connecting pulley block and the pull block fixing pulley block and is connected with the front end of the suspension arm; the other end of the hoisting cable bypasses the hoisting connection pulley block, the large pulling block deflection-resistant pulley block, penetrates through the two small pulling block deflection-resistant pulley blocks and a lifting hook pulley block on the lifting hook and is connected with the bottom of the dip angle measurement assembly, one end of the anti-shake cable is connected with a side plate of the pulling block, and the other end of the anti-shake cable is connected with the anti-shake winch. The device can accurately detect the shaking amplitude of the hoisting load, is matched with a crane to compensate rolling, pitching and heaving of goods, and has the advantages of being compact in structure and large in compensation range.
