The invention belongs to the field of aircrafts, and relates to a forward-tilting and backward-folding composite wing vertical take-off and landing aircraft. The aircraft comprises a fuselage, main wings, a horizontal empennage, a vertical empennage, a front tilting motor, a front tilting motor support, a rear folding motor and a folding motor cabin door. Wherein the fuselage is a main body structural part of the aircraft, is connected with other parts and is used for bearing personnel and goods; the main wings are fixed on two sides above the middle part of the fuselage; the horizontal empennage and the vertical empennage are fixed on the rear part of the fuselage; the forward tilting motor support is fixed on the lower side of the front edge of the main wing and is used for bearing the forward tilting motor; the forward tilting motor has 90-degree rotation capability on the forward tilting motor support, is converted into a horizontal state from a vertical state, and provides lift force or pull force; storage cabins are formed in the two sides of the fuselage, rotating shafts are arranged on the rear portions of the storage cabins, the roots of the rear folding motors are connected with the fuselage through the rotating shafts, and the rear folding motors can rotate by 90 degrees to store and recover the storage cabins. And the folding motor cabin door is fixed on the fuselage.
