The invention discloses a vertical take-off and landing tilting composite wing aircraft which comprises an aircraft body, wings and an empennage, a battery cabin is arranged in the middle of the aircraft body, a flight control cabin is arranged on the rear middle portion of the aircraft body, a propulsion engine cabin is arranged on the rear portion, and a load cabin and an aerial survey camera lens are arranged at the bottom; power battery assemblies are arranged in the battery cabins in an oppositely-inserted mode, a flight control module and an integrated control circuit board are arrangedin the flight control cabin, a propulsion motor and a propulsion control electronic speed controller are installed in the propulsion engine cabin, and a replaceable load cabin module is carried in theload cabin. A plurality of rotor wing supporting rods are arranged on the sides of the front parts and the rear parts of the wings; a wing folding mechanism is arranged at the upper part of each wing; a flap aileron steering engine is arranged at the bottom of eachwing; a flap aileron mixed control surface is arranged at the rear extension of the outer end of each wing; and winglets are arrangedat the outer ends of the two sides of each wing. The vertical take-off and landing function of the rotor wings and the efficient and long-endurance level flight function of the fixed wings are compatible, power of vertical take-off and landing and power of the fixed wings are separated by arranging the two battery cabins, it is guaranteed that the aircraft does not interfere with or influence oneanother in the flight process, and reliability is high.

    本发明公开了一种垂直起降倾转复合翼飞行器,包括机身、机翼以及尾翼,机身中部设有电池舱、中后部设有飞行控制舱、后部设有推进引擎舱、底部设有载荷舱和航测相机镜头;电池舱内均对插布置有动力电池组件,飞行控制舱内布置有飞控模块和集成控制电路板,推进引擎舱内安装有推进电机和推进控制电调,载荷舱内搭载有可更换载荷舱模块;机翼前后侧布设有多根旋翼撑杆、上部设有机翼折叠机构、底部设有襟副翼舵机、外端后延设有襟副翼混合舵面、两侧外端设有翼梢小翼。本发明兼容了旋翼垂直起降功能和固定翼高效、长航时平飞功能,通过设置两个电池舱从而将垂直起降与固定翼的动力进行分开,确保飞行器在飞行时互不干扰和影响,可靠性高。
