The invention discloses a ducted fan tilting wing vertical take-off and landing aircraft which comprises an aircraft body, aircraft front wings are arranged on the left side and the right side of the front end of the aircraft body, a power unit is formed by combining 24 ducted fans and a battery, and eight single ducted fans are arranged on the aircraft front wings. 12 single ducted fans are arranged on the rear wing of the aircraft, and 4 single ducted fans are arranged on the middle rear portion of the aircraft fuselage and are arranged on the aircraft fuselage in a bilateral symmetry mode. According to the vertical take-off and landing aircraft with the ducted fans and the tilting wings, the efficiency of the fans is improved, the safety and the attractiveness are improved due to the fact that the fans are not exposed, the front wings are lower than the rear wings, the influence of downwash airflow of the front wings on the rear wings is reduced, and the redundant design of the power system ensures that power supply of the motors cannot be influenced when any battery goes wrong; the control surface and the multifunctional control surface on the rear edge of the ducted fan enable the aircraft to have good maneuvering characteristics.
