The invention provides a large-depth underwater target salvaging device and salvaging method, the salvaging device comprises a carrier, a holding claw device, an adsorption mechanism, a jet device and a jet pump; the holding claw device is of an under-actuated structure and is used for clamping a target and providing supporting force from the lower portion and/or the lateral lower portion of the target. The adsorption mechanism adopts an under-actuated structure and is used for adsorbing a target and providing adsorption force from the upper part and/or the lateral upper part of the target; high-pressure water flow is generated at the output end of the jet device through the jetting pump, so that negative pressure is generated in the adsorption mechanism to achieve the adsorption function. Wherein in the process that the holding claw device clamps the target, whether clamping is completed or not is judged according to whether the pressure between the holding claw device and the target reaches a preset value or not; and the vacuum adsorption mechanism performs vacuum adsorption on the target surface after the holding claw device completes clamping. The carrier, the holding claw device and the adsorption mechanism are combined, large-depth underwater targets can be effectively and rapidly fished through driving of the carrier, and the weight capable of being fished is greatly increased.

    本发明提供了一种大深度水下目标打捞装置及打捞方法,打捞装置,包括:载体、抱爪装置和吸附机构、射流器和喷冲泵;抱爪装置采用欠驱动结构,用于夹持目标,从目标的下方和/或侧下方提供支持力;吸附机构采用欠驱动结构,用于吸附目标,从目标的上方和/或侧上方提供吸附力;通过喷冲泵在射流器的输出端产生高压水流,从而使吸附机构内产生负压实现吸附功能;其中,抱爪装置在夹持目标的过程中,根据抱爪装置与目标之间的压力是否达到预设值来判断是否完成夹持;真空吸附机构在抱爪装置完成夹持后在目标表面进行真空吸附。结合了载体、抱爪装置和吸附机构,通过载体驱动,可以有效对大深度水下目标进行快速打捞,并极大提高了可打捞的重量。
