The invention discloses an electric two-wheeled vehicle torque control method and a motor controller, and relates to the field of electric two-wheeled vehicle control, and the method comprises the steps: taking the opening degree of a vehicle turning handle as an input signal, and combining with the current gear state to adjust a target torque; determining a distribution value of a dq-axis reference current based on the target torque; and dynamically adjusting the output torque of the motor according to the distribution values of the three-phase current and the dq-axis reference current in the riding process. And based on torque control, the response of the rotating handle can be improved, acceleration and deceleration are smoother, and the riding comfort is higher. According to the method, protection strategies such as temperature and voltage are optimized, power operation is limited when the temperature is high, and output is cut off when the temperature is too high, so that the efficient working time of the electric vehicle can be prolonged, and the performance of the electric vehicle is improved. And when the voltage is relatively low, the output power and speed are limited, so that the service life of the battery can be prolonged while the endurance is prolonged.

    本发明公开了一种电动两轮车力矩控制方法及电机控制器,涉及电动两轮车控制领域,该方法包括:以车辆转把开度作为输入信号,结合当前档位状态调整目标力矩;基于目标力矩确定dq轴参考电流的分配值;根据骑行过程中的三相电流与dq轴参考电流的分配值,动态调节电机的输出力矩。基于力矩控制可以提高转把响应,加减速更丝滑,骑行舒适度更高。本方法还对温度和电压等保护策略进行了优化,在温度较高时限制功率运行,温度过高时才切断输出,这样可以增加电动车的高效工作时间,提高电动车的性能。在电压较低时限制输出功率和速度,增加续航的同时,可以延长电池的使用寿命。
