The present invention relates to a torque control method of an electric two-wheeled vehicle and an apparatus thereof. The torque control apparatus of the electric two-wheeled vehicle comprises: a spring installed to support between a seat and a vehicle body; a measurement unit which is installed at a seat mounting unit where the seat is mounted, or the vehicle body, and measures a length change amount of the spring when a load is applied to the seat; and a calculation unit which calculates a weight correction factor using the length change amount of the spring, and calculates a final target torque by multiplying an initial target torque by the weight correction factor. Therefore, a load weight is considered and the final target torque is calculated.

    본 발명은 전동 이륜차의 토크 제어 방법 및 장치에 관한 것으로, 전동 이륜차의 토크 제어 장치는 시트와 차체 사이를 지지하도록 설치되는 스프링, 시트가 장착되는 시트장착부 또는 차체에 설치되어 시트에 하중 인가시 스프링의 길이 변화량을 측정하는 측정부, 스프링의 길이 변화량을 이용하여 무게 보정 팩터를 구하고, 초기 목표 토크에 무게 보정 팩터를 곱하여 최종 목표 토크를 산출하는 산출부를 포함하여 적재물 하중을 고려하여 최종 목표 토크를 산출한다.
