The invention discloses a vehicle hydrogen fuel cell hydrogen leakage processing system and a control method thereof, and relates to the technical field of vehicle engineering. The hydrogen leakage treatment system comprises a box body; ventilation devices are arranged on the front end plate and the rear end plate of the box body in the vehicle running direction respectively, ventilation channels of the ventilation devices can be opened and closed so as to connect or disconnect the interior and the exterior of the box body, the opening degree of the ventilation channels can be adjusted, and ventilation driving mechanisms are arranged in the ventilation devices so as to drive airflow to enter and be discharged out of the box body in the direction opposite to the vehicle running direction; an exhaust device is arranged on a top plate of the box body, and the interior and the exterior of the box body are communicated or disconnected through opening and closing of an exhaust channel of the exhaust device. When the ventilation channel is opened, leaked hydrogen in the box body can be directly taken away by running air entering the box body, and when the exhaust channel is opened, the leaked hydrogen in the box body can be taken away by the running air to the outer side of the top of the box body by means of pressure difference, so that the running air can be fully utilized, and the use safety of the hydrogen fuel cell main body is improved.

    本发明公开了一种车辆用氢燃料电池氢泄露处理系统及其控制方法,涉及车辆工程技术领域。氢泄露处理系统包括箱体;箱体在车辆运行方向上的前后两个端板上分别设置换气装置,换气装置的换气通道可开闭,以连通或断开箱体的内部与外部,换气通道可调节开度,换气装置中设置换气驱动机构,以驱动气流沿着车辆运行方向的反方向进入以及排出箱体;箱体的顶板上设置排气装置,排气装置通过其排气通道的开闭,以连通或断开箱体的内部与外部。在换气通道打开时,箱体内的泄露氢气可直接被进入箱体的走行风带走,在排气通道打开时,可借助压差将箱体内的泄露氢气带到箱体顶部外侧并被走行风带走,可充分利用走行风,提高氢燃料电池主体使用的安全性。
