The invention relates to a hydrogen leakage detection method and system for a hydrogen fuel cell vehicle and the hydrogen fuel cell vehicle, which aim to improve the hydrogen leakage detection precision. The hydrogen system comprises a hydrogenation port assembly, a one-way valve assembly, a hydrogen storage bottle assembly, a bottle valve assembly and a pressure reducing valve assembly which aresequentially communicated through a high-pressure hydrogen pipeline, and a hydrogen inlet electromagnetic valve assembly, a hydrogen spraying valve assembly and a fuel cell stack which are sequentially communicated through a medium-pressure hydrogen pipeline. The hydrogen inlet electromagnetic valve assembly is communicated with the outlet side of the pressure reducing valve assembly through the medium-pressure hydrogen pipeline, and the leakage detection system comprises a high-pressure pressure sensor used for detecting the pressure in the high-pressure hydrogen pipeline between the cylindervalve assembly and the pressure reducing valve assembly, a medium-pressure pressure sensor which is used for detecting the pressure in the medium-pressure hydrogen pipeline between the pressure reducing valve assembly and the hydrogen inlet electromagnetic valve assembly, an FCU controller which is connected with the high-pressure pressure sensor and the medium-pressure pressure sensor through signal lines, a gateway which is connected with the FCU controller through a signal line, and an instrument which is connected with the gateway through a signal line.
