The invention relates to the technical field of hydrogen system safety, in particular to a fuel cell vehicle hydrogen system trace leakage diagnosis method, which comprises the following steps of: firstly, acquiring a plurality of groups of training data under different working conditions and different states; then adopting an amplitude limiting value average filtering method; secondly, converting the one-dimensional voltage data into two-dimensional grayscale image data; the convolutional neural network is trained, and finally, the data collected in real time are input into the trained convolutional neural network after working conditions are distinguished, so that whether the hydrogen system has trace leakage or not can be obtained. According to the invention, interference signals are removed, so that the voltage embodies the characteristics of a trace leakage fault; and the data is converted into gray image data, and the data characteristics are amplified, so that the trace leakage of the hydrogen system can be accurately detected, and the safety and reliability of the hydrogen system are improved.

    本发明涉及涉及氢系统安全技术领域,特别是涉及一种燃料电池汽车氢系统微量泄漏诊断方法,首先获取若干组不同工况和不同状态的训练数据;然后采用限幅值平均滤波法;其次将一维电压数据转化为二维灰度图像数据;在对卷积神经网络进行训练,最后将实时采集的数据区分工况后输入训练好的卷积神经网络就能得到氢系统是否发生微量泄露。本发明去除了干扰信号,使电压体现出微量泄漏故障的特征;通过转化为灰度图像数据,将数据特征放大,继而能准确检测氢系统的微量泄漏,增加氢系统的安全性和可靠性。
