The invention discloses a vehicle-mounted charger and an assembling method, the vehicle-mounted charger comprises an integrated closed shell, the integrated closed shell comprises a main body part and an end part which are used for accommodating components, and a circuit board component which comprises at least one main circuit board and at least one auxiliary circuit board, the auxiliary circuit board and the main circuit board are configured to be capable of being inserted into the integrated closed shell in sequence, and the auxiliary circuit board and the main circuit board are spliced and electrically connected; during installation, the auxiliary circuit board is firstly installed in the integrated closed shell and positioned, and then the main circuit board is installed in the integrated closed shell and installed with the auxiliary circuit board in a butt joint mode. The integrated closed shell is adopted, and the structural design and the installation process of the circuit board are optimized, so that sequential installation and reliable electric connection of the auxiliary circuit board and the main circuit board can be smoothly realized in a limited internal space, and the waterproofness and the overall strength are improved on the premise of ensuring the product performance.

    本发明公开了一种车载充电器及装配方法,包括一体封闭式外壳,所述一体封闭式外壳包括用于容纳组件的主体部和端部,线路板组件,包含至少一块主线路板以及至少一块副线路板,所述副线路板和主线路板配置为能够顺次插入于一体封闭式外壳内,所述副线路板与主线路板拼接电连接;安装时,先将所述副线路板安装至所述一体封闭式外壳内并定位,后将所述主线路板装入至所述一体封闭式外壳内并与所述副线板对接安装。本发明采用一体封闭式外壳,并通过优化线路板的结构设计和安装流程,使得在有限的内部空间内能够顺利实现副线路板和主线路板的依次安装和可靠电连接,从而在保证产品性能的前提下,提升防水性和整体强度。
