The invention discloses an urban parking demand prediction method based on road network traffic bearing capacity, and relates to the urban parking demand prediction method based on the road network traffic bearing capacity. The objective of the invention is to solve the problem that the existing parking demand prediction method does not consider the influence of the road network traffic carrying capacity on the parking demand. The method comprises the following steps: 1, acquiring the total traffic of a road network in a peak time research area; 2, constructing a road network traffic bearing capacity model; 3, enabling the obtained road network traffic total amount of the peak time research area to meet the road network traffic bearing capacity; 4, calculating the parking demand of the research area range in peak hours; 5, obtaining a parking demand prediction value based on the parking demand quantity in the peak-hour research area range and a secondary exponential smoothing method prediction model; and 6, calculating the relative deviation of the predicted value of the parking demand, if the relative deviation is smaller than a threshold value, accepting the predicted value, otherwise, not accepting the predicted value. The method is applied to the field of urban parking demand prediction.

    一种基于路网交通承载能力的城市停车需求预测方法,本发明涉及基于路网交通承载能力的城市停车需求预测方法。本发明的目的是为了解决现有的停车需求预测方法未考虑路网交通承载能力对停车需求影响的问题。过程为:一、获取高峰时间研究区域路网交通总量;二、构建路网交通承载能力模型;三、使获取高峰时间研究区域路网交通总量满足路网交通承载能力;四、计算高峰小时研究区域范围停车需求量;五、基于高峰小时研究区域范围停车需求量和二次指数平滑法预测模型,得到停车需求预测值;六、对停车需求预测值计算相对偏差,若相对偏差小于阈值,则预测值被接受,否则预测值不能被接受。本发明用于城市停车需求预测领域。
