The invention belongs to the technical field of rubber processing and aircraft tire manufacturing, and particularly relates to a rubber composition, a preparation method thereof and application of the rubber composition as wave-shaped steel wire coating rubber of an aircraft radial tire. The rubber composition provided by the invention is prepared from 100 parts of natural rubber, 78 to 100 parts of a reinforcing system, 1.2 to 1.5 parts of a silane coupling agent, 3.5 to 6 parts of a bonding system, 0.3 to 0.5 part of a bonding promoter, 3.5 to 5.3 parts of an aging protection system, 2 to 5.7 parts of a crosslinking system, 6 to 6.5 parts of a crosslinking activation system, 5 to 8 parts of a plasticizing system and 3 to 5 parts of tackifying resin. The rubber composition provided by the invention has the advantages of excellent heat resistance, low compression fatigue temperature rise, high tensile strength and high elongation at break, and can form good adhesion with a wavy steel wire, so that the service life of the aviation radial tire is remarkably prolonged, the safety performance of the aviation radial tire is remarkably improved, and the puncture resistance of the aviation radial tire is effectively enhanced.
本发明属于橡胶加工及航空轮胎制造技术领域,具体涉及一种胶料组合物及其制备方法和作为航空子午线轮胎波浪形钢丝覆胶的应用。本发明提供的胶料组合物包括:天然橡胶100份,补强体系78~100份,硅烷偶联剂1.2~1.5份,粘合体系3.5~6份,粘合增进剂0.3~0.5份,老化防护体系3.5~5.3份,交联体系2~5.7份,交联活化体系6~6.5份,增塑体系5~8份,增粘树脂3~5份。本发明提供的胶料组合物具有优异的耐热性能、低压缩疲劳温升、高拉伸强度和高扯断伸长率,能够与波浪形钢丝形成良好的粘合,显著提高航空子午线轮胎的使用寿命和安全性能,有效增强航空子午线轮胎的防刺扎能力。
