The invention provides a self-sealing rubber material composition, a self-sealing rubber material, and a preparation method and application thereof. The self-sealing rubber composition comprises first rubber, second rubber, third rubber, a thermoplastic elastomer, nano silicon dioxide rods, a silane coupling agent and a compatilizer, wherein the first rubber is selected from natural rubber and/or polyisoprene rubber, the second rubber is nitrile rubber, and the third rubber is rare earth butadiene rubber; the compatilizer is a modified ethylene-ethyl acrylate copolymer, and the modified ethylene-ethyl acrylate copolymer is obtained by reacting a first styrene-isoprene-styrene block copolymer and maleic anhydride with an ethylene-ethyl acrylate copolymer under the action of an initiator; and the thermoplastic elastomer is a second styrene-isoprene-styrene block copolymer. The self-sealing rubber material prepared from the self-sealing rubber material composition has good stability, and can inhibit the self-sealing rubber material from flowing at high temperature or under high-speed rotation of a tire, so that the driving safety of an automobile is improved.
本发明提供了一种自密封胶料组合物、自密封胶料、其制备方法及应用。该自密封胶料组合物包括:第一橡胶、第二橡胶、第三橡胶、热塑性弹性体、纳米二氧化硅棒、硅烷偶联剂及相容剂;其中,第一橡胶选自天然橡胶和/或聚异戊二烯橡胶,第二橡胶为丁腈橡胶,第三橡胶为稀土顺丁橡胶;相容剂为改性乙烯‑丙烯酸乙酯共聚物,改性乙烯‑丙烯酸乙酯共聚物由第一苯乙烯‑异戊二烯‑苯乙烯嵌段共聚物、马来酸酐在引发剂的作用下与乙烯‑丙烯酸乙酯共聚物反应得到;热塑性弹性体为第二苯乙烯‑异戊二烯‑苯乙烯嵌段共聚物。由上述自密封胶料组合物制得的自密封胶料的稳定性好,能够抑制其在高温下或轮胎高速转动下发生流动,从而提高汽车驾驶安全性。
