The invention relates to the field of gas barrier materials, in particular to a microcrystalline graphite filler, a sizing material applying the filler and a preparation method and application of the sizing material, and the microcrystalline graphite filler is prepared through the following steps that S1, raw ore treatment is conducted, specifically, flotation concentrate with the water content being 3% is obtained; s2, flotation concentrate pretreatment, wherein microcrystalline graphite powder with the particle size smaller than 7 micrometers is obtained; s3, modification treatment: obtaining ultrafine crystal toner subjected to primary chemical and physical modification; s4, granulating to obtain the microcrystalline graphite filler with high gas barrier property; the filler is applied to preparation of a tire inner liner sizing material. The filler prepared by taking microcrystalline graphite as a raw material is low in cost, the energy consumption in the processing process is 25% of that of traditional carbon black, and the filler has the characteristic of low carbon emission; the prepared filler is of a lamellar structure and can be oriented in rubber along the calendering direction after being subjected to an extrusion or calendering process, so that the gas barrier property of a tire airtight layer can be remarkably enhanced, the gas permeability can be reduced, and the oil-saving performance, the safety performance and the control performance of a tire can be improved.

    本发明涉及气体阻隔材料领域,尤其涉及一种微晶石墨填料、应用该填料的胶料及其制备方法和应用,所述微晶石墨填料按如下步骤制备而成:S1,原矿处理:得到3%水分的浮选精矿;S2,浮选精矿预处理:得到粒径小于7μm微晶石墨粉;S3,改性处理:得到初步化学和物理改性的超细微晶石墨粉;S4,造粒:得到高气体阻隔的微晶石墨填料;该填料应用于轮胎气密层胶料的制备。本发明以微晶石墨为原料所制备的填料成本低,加工过程是传统炭黑能耗的25%,且具有碳排放低的特点;制备的填料为片层结构,经过挤出或压延工艺后,在橡胶中会沿压延方向发生取向,可显著增强轮胎气密层的气体阻隔性和减小气体透过率,提高轮胎的节油性能、安全性能和操控性能。
