The invention relates to the field of carrying vehicles, and discloses a filament vehicle carrying AGV which comprises a vehicle body, a mounting base lifted at the front end of the vehicle body and a front fork assembly located on the mounting base, a pressing part is arranged on the mounting base and located above the front fork assembly in an overturning mode, and vertical overturning of the pressing part is controlled by a first driving motor; the abutting part and the front fork assembly form a limiting assembly capable of clamping or loosening the threading machine, the front fork assembly comprises a fork body, a supporting plate vertically ascending and descending on the upper end face of the fork body and air holes evenly distributed in the upper end face of the supporting plate, and an air cavity communicated with all the air holes is formed in the supporting plate. A sealing assembly capable of driving the air hole in sealing contact with the yarn vehicle to conduct air pressure switching along with movement is arranged in the air cavity in a sealed movement mode, lifting of the supporting plate and movement of the sealing assembly are synchronously controlled by a linkage driving assembly, and after the supporting plate ascends to abut against the bottom of the yarn vehicle, the air hole in sealing contact with the yarn vehicle is switched to be in a negative pressure state from a normal pressure state. The stability of the AGV wire carrying vehicle is remarkably improved.

    本发明涉及搬运车领域,公开一种丝车搬运AGV,包括车身、升降于车身前端的安装座以及位于安装座上的前叉组件,在安装座上于前叉组件上方翻转设置有抵压部件,抵压部件的上下翻转受控于第一驱动电机,抵压部件和前叉组件形成可夹持或松开丝车的限位总成,前叉组件包括叉体、竖直升降于叉体上端面的支撑板以及均布于支撑板上端面的气孔,支撑板内设置有与所有气孔连通的气腔,气腔内密封移动有一随着移动可驱使与丝车密封接触的气孔进行气压切换的密封组件,支撑板的升降以及密封组件的移动同步受控于一联动驱动组件,当支撑板上升至与丝车底部抵接后,与丝车密封接触的气孔自常压切换至负压状态,该AGV搬运丝车的稳定性显著提升。
