The invention provides a steering stability control method and a steering stability control system for an electric molten iron vehicle. The steering stability control method comprises the following steps: acquiring the slip rate of the vehicle and the yaw velocity of the vehicle; performing attitude stability adjustment judgment based on the slip rate and the yaw velocity; if the attitude is required to be stably adjusted, redistributing the torque of each wheel of the vehicle so as to reduce the slip rate; meanwhile, steering of rear wheels is independently controlled according to the yaw velocity so as to assist steering of front wheels of the vehicle. According to the method, the vehicle driving slip rate can be reduced, the vehicle balance swing angle speed is reduced, and the vehicle safety and the vehicle body stability are improved.
本发明提供一种电动铁水车转向稳定控制方法及转向稳定控制系统,所述方法的步骤包括:获取车辆的滑转率和车辆的横摆角速度;基于滑转率和横摆角速度进行姿态稳定调节判定;若需进行姿态稳定调节,重新分配车辆各车轮的转矩以降低滑转率;同时依据横摆角速度独立控制后侧车轮转向以辅助车辆前侧车轮进行转向。该方法能够降低车辆驱动滑转率,减小车辆衡摆角速度,提高车辆安全性和车辆车身稳定性。
