The invention discloses a blast furnace top feeding winch control system which comprises four multi-transmission high-performance motion control frequency converters, and wire inlet structures of the transmission high-performance motion control frequency converters specifically comprise a system wire inlet structure A, a system wire inlet structure B and a system wire inlet structure C, the A system wire inlet structure comprises an A system wire inlet cabinet, an A system first rectifier cabinet, an A system second rectifier cabinet, an A system first inverter cabinet, an A system second inverter cabinet and an A system resistor cabinet; and B, a system wire inlet structure. A winch control system is optimized, a PLC alternating-current variable-frequency speed regulation mode is adopted, the speed dynamic response is high, the overload capacity is large, operation is safe and reliable, and the PLC self-control technology, the position encoder measurement technology, the large-scale variable-frequency speed regulation dragging technology and the intelligent master controller are organically combined and applied; and the faults of galloping, sliding, derailing and the like of the skip car in operation are reduced through double closed-loop control and multi-section speed control of a current loop and a speed loop of the motor.

    本发明公开一种高炉炉顶上料卷扬机控制系统,包括四台多传动高性能运动控制变频器,所述传动高性能运动控制变频器的进线结构具体包括:A系统进线结构,所述A系统进线结构包括设置的A系统进线柜、A系统第一整流柜、A系统第二整流柜、A系统第一逆变柜、A系统第二逆变柜、A系统电阻柜;B系统进线结构。本发明优化卷扬机控制系统,采用PLC交流变频调速方式,速度动态响应快,过载能力大,运行安全可靠,PLC自控制技术与位置编码器测量技术和大型变频调速拖动技术以及智能主令控制器四者有机结合及运用,电动机的电流环、速度环双闭环控制及多段速控制,减少了运行中料车飞车,溜车、掉道等故障的发生。
