The invention discloses a rope loosening detection device for a blast furnace feeding winch, which belongs to the technical field of blast furnace ironmaking related equipment and comprises two fixed supports, two tension springs, two spring supports, a support shaft, two weight supports, two weights, a pull rope, a heavy hammer, a connecting rod, a travel switch and a switch support. The weight is located below the steel wire rope. When the detection device detects that the steel wire rope is loose, the force of the steel wire rope cannot act on the travel switch, and the detection device is not prone to faults; the detection device is installed in the middle of the steel wire rope and is high in detection sensitivity and timely in action. The initial distance between the weight and the steel wire rope is controlled by arranging the air bag and controlling the type and the filling amount of the filled objects in the air bag, the length of the pull rope is adjusted by arranging the length adjusting assembly, and then the height of the heavy hammer can just enable the travel switch to reset when the steel wire rope is normal; therefore, the detection device is relatively safe during debugging.

    本发明公开了一种高炉上料卷扬机松绳检测装置,属于高炉炼铁相关设备技术领域,包括固定支架、拉力弹簧、弹簧支架、支撑轴、压铁支架、压铁、拉绳、重锤、连杆、行程开关和开关支架,固定支架、拉力弹簧、弹簧支架和压铁支架均为两个,压铁位于钢丝绳的下方。本发明检测装置检测到钢丝绳松弛时,钢丝绳的力不会作用到行程开关上,检测装置不易发生故障;该检测装置安装在钢丝绳的中部位置,检测灵敏度高,动作及时;通过设置气囊,并控制气囊内充入物的类型和充入量来控制压铁与钢丝绳之间的初始距离,通过设置长度调节组件用来调节拉绳的长度,进而使得在钢丝绳正常时重锤的高度能够正好使得行程开关复位,因此该检测装置在调试时较为安全。
