The invention provides a winch steel wire rope anti-loosening device which comprises pressing units independently arranged corresponding to all strands of steel wire ropes, a guide pressing wheel is arranged on each pressing unit, the wheel core direction of the guide pressing wheels is parallel to winch shaft cores, and the guide pressing wheels are pressed on the steel wire ropes; and the pressure stress between the guide pressing wheels and the steel wire ropes is vertical to the winch shaft cores and enables the steel wire ropes to have a trend of deviating from the current position. According to the scheme, overall looseness prevention of the steel wire ropes is changed into single looseness prevention, and it is ensured that when each steel wire rope is loosened, the machine can be stopped to achieve the safety protection effect.
