The fork winch and the movable platefeeding device are movably matched. The movable plate feeding device comprises a hanging top plate, a motor, a supporting pillar, a control box, a movable cart and a clamping device. The supporting pillar is arranged in the center of the movable cart. The supporting pillar is perpendicularly fixed to the movable cart. The hanging top plate is installed at the top end of the supporting pillar, andthe clamping device and the motor are arranged on the bottom faces of the horizontal two ends of the hanging top plate. The control box is installed on the side face of the supporting pillar, and thecontrol box is electrically connected with the motor. By means of the plate feeding system of the fork winch, due to the fact that two or more hooks are installed on a first clamping plate and a second clamping plate, the hooks can be embedded into cables, during releasing, due to the fact that the side face of a circular truncated cone head is a slope, removing can also be conducted smoothly under the effect of external force, when the hooks are embedded into the cables, the connecting relation between the hooks and the cables is enhanced, and disengaging is not likely to happen in the takingprocess.
