The invention discloses a high-impact-resistant thermoplastic composite material bottom protection plate which comprises a lower surface layer, a first high-impact-resistant layer, a sound insulation and heat preservation layer and an upper surface layer which are sequentially bonded through adhesive films from bottom to top, and the upper surface layer and the lower surface layer are both made of multiple layers of continuous fiber reinforced thermoplastic composite materials. And the first high-impact-resistant layer is made of an ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene material. Metal plates are not needed, the weather resistance of the metal plates does not need to be considered, machining is convenient, and continuous production can be achieved; compared with a bottom protection plate with a metal plate, the weight is reduced by 30-60%, the sound insulation and heat insulation performance is improved, and the gain effect is provided for battery heat preservation and automobile body noise reduction.

    本发明公开了一种耐高抗冲击热塑复材底护板,由下而上包括通过胶膜依次粘接的下表皮层、第一耐高抗冲击层、隔音保温层和上表皮层,上表皮层和下表皮层均采用多层连续纤维增强热塑复合材料制成,第一耐高抗冲击层采用超高分子量聚乙烯材料制成。本发明无需金属板材,不需要考虑金属板的耐候性问题,加工方便,可连续生产;相比于有金属板的底护板减重30~60%,隔音隔热性能提升,为电池保温、车身减噪提供增益效果。
