The invention provides an ablation-resistant and high-temperature-resistant composite material protective cover in the technical field of pneumatic thermal protection of aircrafts. The ablation-resistant and high-temperature-resistant composite material protective cover comprises an ablation-resistant end, an ablation-resistant thermal insulation coating, a fixed separation mechanism and a bearing structure. The ablation-resistant end is fixedly arranged on the protective cover, the ablation-resistant heat insulation coating is fixedly arranged on the protective cover, the fixed separation mechanism is fixedly arranged on the protective cover, and the bearing structure is fixedly arranged on the protective cover. By arranging the bearing structure made of the carbon fiber reinforced resin matrix composite material, under the same mechanical structure requirement, the mass of the protective cover is greatly reduced, and the negative weight of the aircraft structure can be reduced. The ablation-resistant end made of the quartz fiber reinforced resin-based composite material is arranged at the front end of the protective cover, so that high-temperature hot airflow scouring can be borne. By arranging the silica gel-based light anti-ablation heat-insulating coating, the anti-ablation heat-insulating coating has better toughness in an anti-ablation and anti-scouring environment, and can resist short-time and high-heat-flow airflow scouring.

    本发明提供了飞行器的气动热防护技术领域一种抗烧蚀与耐高温的复合材料防护罩,包括耐烧蚀端头、抗烧蚀隔热涂层、固定分离机构以及承载结构;耐烧蚀端头固定设置在防护罩上,抗烧蚀隔热涂层固定设置在防护罩上,固定分离机构固定设置在防护罩上,承载结构固定设置在防护罩上。本发明通过设置采用碳纤维增强树脂基复合材料的承载结构,在相同力学结构要求下,防护罩的质量大幅下降,可以减少飞行器结构的消极重量。通过设置采用石英纤维增强树脂基复合材料的耐烧蚀端头位于防护罩前端,可以承受高温热气流冲刷。通过设置采用硅胶基轻质的抗烧蚀隔热涂层,在耐烧蚀、抗冲刷环境下,具有较好的韧性,能够抵御短时、高热流气流冲刷。
