The invention discloses preparation of a vehicle bottom guard plate based on a thermoplastic resin matrix composite unidirectional belt. Comprising the following steps: selecting a thermoplastic resin system of which the melt index is greater than or equal to 60g/10min under the conditions of 230 DEG C and 2.16 kg; the direct fiber yarns and a thermoplastic resin system are made into a continuous fiber reinforced thermoplastic composite unidirectional belt CFRTP through a certain unidirectional belt processing technology; carrying out composite hot pressing on the prepared unidirectional belt CFRTP paving layer, and cutting into a blank composite board; heating the blank composite board until the material is softened; quickly putting into a forming mold, closing the mold, and pressing to form a blank part required by the design modeling of the automobile bottom guard plate; and machining to obtain a finished product. The prepared automobile bottom guard plate retains extremely high impact resistance on the basis of reducing the weight of parts of the automobile bottom guard plate, has no sunken defect after impact, is free of environmental corrosion, has ultrahigh environmental weather resistance, and also has an extremely excellent cost advantage.

    本发明公开了一种基于热塑性树脂基复合材料单向带的车用底护板的制备;包括选择在230℃,2.16kg条件下熔融指数≥60g/10min的热塑性树脂体系;将纤维直接纱经过一定的单向带加工工艺,与热塑性树脂体系制作成为连续性纤维增强的热塑性复合材料单向带CFRTP;将制得的单向带CFRTP铺层,复合热压,切割成毛坯复合板;将毛坯复合板加热至材料软化;快速放入成型模具内、合模,压制形成汽车底护板设计造型所需的毛坯零件;经过机械加工成成品。制得的车用底护板在降低汽车底护板零部件重量的基础上还保留了极高的抗冲击性能,同时冲击后无凹陷缺陷、无环境腐蚀具有超高的环境耐候性,同时还具有极其优越的成本优势。
