The invention provides a rubber material as well as a preparation method and application thereof, and relates to the technical field of materials, the rubber material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of raw rubber; 4.75 to 11 parts of an activating agent; 2-4 parts of an anti-aging agent; 1-2 parts of a tackifier; 0.5 to 0.8 part of a bonding auxiliary agent; 0-4 parts of a plasticizer; 1-10 parts of a first reinforcing agent; 45 to 60 parts of a second reinforcing agent; 2-5 parts of a coupling agent; 2 to 6.5 parts of vulcanizing agent; 2.2 to 5.8 parts of an accelerant; 2-5 parts of a crosslinking auxiliary agent; 0-1 part of a methylene donor; and 0-0.5 part of a scorch retarder. Therefore, the rubber material has higher modulus at definite elongation and lower compression heat generation, thereby ensuring the bearing property and durability of the non-pneumatic tire.
