The invention belongs to the technical field of tires, and discloses a bias tire tread rubber material which comprises the following components in parts by weight based on 100 parts of rubber components: 30-100 phr of natural rubber, 0-70 phr of cis-polybutadiene polymer, 40-60 phr of carbon black, 1-6 phr of tear-resistant resin and 0.5-2 phr of multifunctional cross-linking agent. The bias tire tread rubber material prepared by the invention has the performance characteristics of high tensile strength, high elongation at break, good wear resistance, excellent tear resistance and puncture resistance, low dynamic heat generation and good heat-resistant stability.

    本发明属于轮胎技术领域,公开了一种斜交轮胎胎面胶料,基于100重量份橡胶组分计算,所述胎面胶料包括:30~100phr天然橡胶、0~70phr顺式聚丁二烯聚合物,40~60phr炭黑,1~6phr抗撕裂树脂,0.5~2phr多功能交联剂。本发明制备得到的斜交轮胎胎面胶料具有拉伸强度高、扯断伸长率高,耐磨性能好、耐撕裂性能和耐刺扎性能优异以及动态生热低、耐热稳定性好的性能特点。
