The invention relates to a phase change sweating cooling porous structure and application thereof in an aircraft reentry capsule, the porous structure comprises a porous layer comprising a plurality of densely arranged porous units; the liquid separation cavity is connected with the porous layer; the liquid storage cavity is used for storing a cooling agent; the coolant conveying pipeline is connected with the liquid storage cavity and the liquid separation cavity; the regulating valve is arranged on the coolant conveying pipeline; each porous unit comprises a small-porosity porous part as well as a large-porosity porous part and a liquid channel which are respectively connected with the small-porosity porous part, and a gas channel is formed between the small-porosity porous part and the large-porosity porous part; and a coolant is introduced from the liquid channel, permeates into the small-porosity porous part, escapes from the large-porosity porous part along the gas channel after being gasified, and forms a gas film for heat insulation. Compared with the prior art, rapid gas-liquid separation and partitioned flow regulation and control of the coolant in the sweating cooling porous layer can be effectively achieved, and the phase change sweating cooling efficiency and reliability are effectively improved.

    本发明涉及一种相变发汗冷却多孔结构及其在飞行器返回舱中的应用,所述多孔结构包括:多孔层,其包括多个紧密排列的多孔单元;与多孔层连接的分液腔;用于储存冷却剂的储液腔;连接储液腔与分液腔的冷却剂输送管道;设于冷却剂输送管道上的调节阀;所述多孔单元包括小孔隙率多孔部以及分别与小孔隙率多孔部连接的大孔隙率多孔部和液体通道,小孔隙率多孔部与大孔隙率多孔部之间形成气体通道;冷却剂由液体通道通入并渗入小孔隙率多孔部,气化后沿气体通道从大孔隙率多孔部逸出并形成气膜隔热。与现有技术相比,本发明可以有效实现发汗冷却多孔层中冷却剂快速的气液分离和分区流量调控,有效提升相变发汗冷却的效率以及可靠性。
