The invention discloses an oriented porous structure sweating cooling system and a manufacturing method thereof, the oriented porous structure in the system forms a plurality of pores through a plurality of channel wall surfaces at intervals, one end opening of each pore is connected with a coolant storage tank, and the other end opening is an ablation interface layer; coolant is arranged in the coolant storage tank and flows in pores of the directional porous structure, and the ablation interface layer seals the pores to prevent the coolant from overflowing. By arranging the directional porous structure, the coolant flows from the coolant storage tank to a specific area through pores, directional cooling is carried out on a local overheating area of the porous structure, the problem of local overheating is solved, and the reliability of the sweating cooling system is improved; and by arranging the ablation interface layer, the coolant is sealed in a relatively low heat flow environment, and the ablation interface layer is ablated to form pores to guide the coolant to flow out in a relatively large heat flow environment, so that the synergistic effect of active sweating cooling and passive ablation cooling is realized, and efficient utilization of the coolant is realized.

    本发明公开了一种定向多孔结构发汗冷却系统及其制造方法,系统中的定向多孔结构是通过若干通道壁面间隔形成若干孔隙,孔隙的一端开口连接冷却剂储箱,另一端开口为烧蚀界面层;冷却剂储箱中设置有冷却剂,冷却剂在定向多孔结构的孔隙中流动,烧蚀界面层对孔隙进行密封,防止冷却剂溢出。通过设置定向多孔结构,冷却剂从冷却剂储箱中经由孔隙流向特定区域,对多孔结构出现的局部过热区域实施定向冷却,解决了局部过热问题,提高了发汗冷却系统的可靠性;并通过设置烧蚀界面层,在较低热流环境下对冷却剂进行密封,在较大热流环境下烧蚀界面层烧蚀形成孔隙引导冷却剂流出,实现了主动发汗冷却与被动烧蚀冷却的协同效应,并实现了冷却剂的高效利用。
