The invention discloses a porous network sweating cooling thermal protection device which comprises a sweating cooler and a pressurizing conveying pipe network, the sweating cooler comprises a porous layer, a metal layer and a liquid separation layer, discrete microgrooves communicating the porous layer with the liquid separation layer are formed in the metal layer, the liquid separation layer is connected with the pressurizing conveying pipe network, and the pressurizing conveying pipe network is connected with the liquid separation layer. The sweating cooler is divided into at least two heat flow areas according to different heat flow grades; according to different heat flow areas of the sweating cooler, pores of the porous layer are distributed in a stepped manner; and liquid separation cavities corresponding to the heat flow areas are formed in the liquid separation layer, and the pressurization conveying pipe enables the supply of the cooling working medium in each liquid separation cavity to be reduced along with the reduction of the heat flow level of the corresponding heat flow area. According to the sweating cooler, through the stepped design of the number and depth of discrete microgrooves of a metal layer, the stepped design of pores of a porous layer and the segmented pressurization design of a liquid separation cavity, accurate conveying of cooling working media of the aircraft nose cone is ensured, and uniform-temperature cooling of the aircraft nose cone part is achieved.

    本发明公开了一种多孔网络发汗冷却热防护装置,包括发汗冷却器和增压输送管网,发汗冷却器包括多孔层、金属层和分液层,在金属层上设置有连通多孔层和分液层的离散微槽,分液层与所述增压输送管网连接,所述发汗冷却器根据热流等级不同分为至少两个热流区域;根据所述发汗冷却器不同的热流区域,所述多孔层的孔隙呈梯级分布;在所述分液层内设置有与每个所述热流区域对应的分液腔,所述增压输送管使每个分液腔内冷却工质的供给随对应的热流区域的热流等级的降低而减小。发汗冷却器通过金属层离散微槽数量和深度的梯级设计、多孔层孔隙梯级设计和分液腔分段增压设计,确保飞行器头锥冷却工质的精准输送,实现飞行器头锥部分的均温冷却。
