The invention relates to the technical field of engine control, in particular to an engine starting method and device, a vehicle control unit and a hybrid vehicle. The method comprises the steps that a separation clutch of the vehicle is controlled to be charged with oil to be in a semi-combination point state; controlling the separation clutch to charge oil and pressurize to meet a preset dragging condition; controlling the separation clutch to pressurize and increasing the torque of the driving motor to the target motor torque peak until the rotating speed of the engine reaches the target ignition rotating speed; the engine is controlled to inject oil and ignite while the separation clutch is combined, the preset torque of the driving motor is removed, the residual torque continues to be removed, and the rotating speed of the engine and the rotating speed of the driving motor both reach the idling target rotating speed; and controlling the output of the driving motor according to the idling target speed and the actual speed. Therefore, the problems that in the related technology, vibration is prone to occurring during state switching of the separation clutch, rotation speed transition is not smooth after an engine is ignited, torque sudden change and control are not accurate, and therefore riding comfort, vehicle stability and the like are affected are solved.

    本申请涉及发动机控制技术领域,特别涉及一种发动机的起机方法、装置、整车控制器及混动车辆,其中,方法包括:控制车辆的分离离合器充油至半结合点状态;控制分离离合器充油加压以满足预设拖拽条件;控制分离离合器加压且将驱动电机的扭矩提升至目标电机扭矩峰值至发动机的转速达到目标点火转速;控制发动机在分离离合器结合的同时喷油点火,卸掉驱动电机预设扭矩并继续撤销剩余扭矩,使发动机和驱动电机的转速均达到怠速目标转速;阶段根据怠速目标转速和实际转速控制驱动电机输出。由此,解决了相关技术中,分离离合器状态切换易振动,并且发动机点火后转速过渡不平顺、扭矩突变及控制不精确,从而影响乘坐舒适性、车辆稳定性等问题。
