The invention discloses a hybrid vehicle engine starting control method, which has the main design concept that a low-voltage starter which is controlled by a vehicle control unit and is powered by a storage battery is additionally arranged, so that the vehicle can be started for the first time by adopting the low-voltage starter when the electric quantity of a high-voltage power battery is insufficient and the engine cannot be started. Specifically, when a vehicle control unit receives a starting signal and triggers a request for starting an engine, whether the ignition cycle is started for the first time or not is judged, if yes, SOC information fed back by a high-voltage power battery is read, and when the SOC is higher than a preset limit value, a starting signal can be sent to a high-voltage motor, and the engine is started through the high-voltage motor; and when the SOC of the high-voltage power battery is lower than the preset limit value, a starting signal is sent to the low-voltage starter, and the engine is started through the low-voltage starter. The problem that due to faults or other factors, the electric quantity of the high-voltage power battery is too low, and the engine cannot be started is effectively solved.

    本发明公开了一种混动汽车发动机启动控制方法,本发明的主要设计构思在于,增设由整车控制器控制并由蓄电池供电的低压起动机,可以在高压动力电池电量不足无法启动发动机时,采用低压起动机首次启动车辆。具体地,当整车控制器接收到启动信号且触发启动发动机的请求时,判断是否该点火循环首次启动,如果是首次启动,读取高压动力电池反馈的SOC信息,当SOC高于与预设限值时,可向高压电动机发送启动信号,经由高压电动机启动发动机;而当高压动力电池的SOC低于预设限值时,则向低压起动机发送启动信号,通过低压起动机来启动发动机。本发明有效解决了因故障或其他因素造成高压动力电池电量过低而无法启动发动机的问题。
