The wheel comprises a rim with a plurality of inclined blade type spokes; the method comprises the steps that in response to a first instruction for entering a water running mode, the vehicle controls the axes of wheels and the longitudinal axis of a vehicle body to form an inclined angle so as to push the vehicle to run; the rotating direction of the wheel and the advancing direction of the vehicle are determined by the gradient of the blade type spoke, so that a better propelling effect can be ensured, and therefore, after the wheel rotates, water can be discharged from the back of the inclined vehicle, the scouring force of water flow to the bottom of the vehicle is reduced, parts at the bottom of the vehicle are protected, and the driving efficiency is improved; and moreover, the vehicle can run on water without an extra underwater driving system, so that the structure of the vehicle is simplified, and the design cost of the vehicle is saved.
