The invention provides a wheel tread structure suitable for a UIC60 rail, a wheel, a steering system and a vehicle, the wheel tread structure comprises a rim area, a high-taper area, a constant working area, a low-taper area and a chamfer area, all the areas are continuously and smoothly connected in a tangent mode, opposite arc-shaped surfaces are arranged between the rim area and the high-taper area, and the arc-shaped surfaces are arranged between the rim area and the high-taper area. A wheel rolling circle position is arranged in the normal working area, and a horizontal straight line penetrating through the rolling circle position is a tread horizontal datum line; the wheel flange area comprises at least two arc-shaped sections and two linear sections, the arc-shaped sections and the linear sections are connected end to end and are continuously and smoothly connected in a tangent mode, and the arc-shaped sections are bent in the same direction. The wheel tread structure can meet the line conditions that the inner side distance of a vehicle wheel pair is 1353 mm, the gauge is 1435 mm, the rail cant is 1: 20 and the UIC60 rail, wheel rails can have a good contact relation, wheel rail contact points are reasonably distributed, it is guaranteed that the wheels and the steel rails are evenly abraded, and the contact points are distributed dispersedly in the range of a high contact stress area.

    本发明提供一种适用于UIC60轨的车轮踏面结构、车轮、转向系统及车辆,车轮踏面结构包括轮缘区域、高锥度区域、常工作区域、低锥度区域和倒角区域,各区域之间以相切的方式进行连续平滑连接,轮缘区域和高锥度区域之间具有相反的弧形面,常工作区域内具有车轮滚动圆位置,穿过滚动圆位置的水平直线为踏面水平基准线;轮缘区域包括至少两段弧形段和两段直线段,各段之间首尾相连并以相切的方式进行连续平滑连接,各弧形段同向弯曲。本发明车轮踏面结构可满足车辆轮对内侧距1353mm及轨距1435mm、轨底坡1:20、UIC60轨的线路条件,可使轮轨间具有良好的接触关系,轮轨接触点分布合理,保证车轮与钢轨间均匀磨耗,在高接触应力区域范围内接触点分布分散。
