The invention relates to the technical field of train wheel remanufacturing and repairing, and in particular relates to a portable rail vehicle wheel set tread abrasion degree detector. The detector comprises a hinged connection plate, detection flat plates distributed in a bilateral symmetry hinged mode relative to the hinged connection plate, and carrying handles symmetrically arranged at the ends of the detection flat plates. Detection assemblies used for detecting the abrasion degree of the tread by abutting against the tread of the wheel set are symmetrically arranged on the detection flat plates which are distributed in a bilateral symmetry mode, and a driving assembly clamped with the detection assemblies in the axial direction are arranged on the hinged connection plate. The deviceis small in size, easy to fold and carry, convenient to operate and use and low in detection cost, the two detection assemblies are driven by one driving assembly to conduct symmetrical included angle synchronous detection through the driving assembly and the detection assemblies, on one hand, the detection accuracy of the device is improved, and on the other hand, the structure of the device iscompact.

    本发明涉及火车轮再制造修复技术领域,具体为便携式轨道车辆轮对踏面磨损度检测器,包括铰接连板,还包括相对于铰接连板左右对称铰接分布的检测平板、对称设置在检测平板端部的携带把手,左右对称分布的检测平板上对称设置有用于通过抵合轮对踏面以踏面检测磨损度的检测组件,所述铰接连板上设有与检测组件轴向卡合的驱动组件。本发明设备体积较小、易于折叠携带、操作使用方便、检测成本有所降低,通过驱动组件、检测组价,使得本发明通过一个驱动组件驱使两组检测组件进行对称夹角同步检测,一方面提高了本发明的检测准确性,另一方面使得本发明结构紧凑。
